Things are going pretty good for our favorite Hamburg-based Bosnian deejay, Mister Mladen Solomun. His touch is elegant and precious, slick and shiny, much that glitter blazer jacket he’s wearing if you ask me. It’s no surprise then that his ‘Dance Baby’ LP on Diynamic is a keeper, as well as remixes such as 2raumwohnung’s ‘Wir Werden Sehen’: female vocals, throbbing acidesque bass, jackin drums and oh-so emo strings combine to make one of this year’s catchiest and most accessible bangers.
So wear your favourite shiny clothes and hop on for a ride in Solomun’s world. Also, detailed track list never hurts anyone once in a while, so enjoy that too.
