Rob Mello est un dj/producteur qu’on a peu l’habitude de voir en France. Alors comme on fait souvent chez GTC, on prend notre bâton de pèlerin et on part prêcher.
Artiste emblématique du non moins emblématique Classic Records, (label conduit par Derrick Carter et Luke Solomon), Rob s’est fait le spécialiste du crossover entre Disco ravy et Deep du meilleur goût. Pour bien cerner son style, je ne vous conseillerais que trop son premier maxi sur disco 45 ou son remix sur Mule. D’ailleurs, c’est fou, je viens de me rendre compte qu’il avait fait un remix pour Mika, comme quoi ce type est encore plus surprenant que prévu.
Et puis tant que j’y suis, son maxi “Critical” ressort en ce moment avec un remix de Fabric Lig. Et c’est bien.

D’ailleurs, sur les 5 sorties de Disco 45 (!), il n’y a aucun déchet ; et le Hula Dance, de Johnny Rock, est bien costaud.

j’aime beaucoup - je connaissais mais le titre j’ai pas retenu.
